My name is Mallorie Harbour and I’m your Volunteer coordinator and Environmental Educator at YEA. I began my journey at Florida Gulf Coast University, where I graduated with a BS in Marine. While going to school, I found my passion for conservation. Over the past 10 years I’ve worked along the different Florida coasts protecting endangered sea turtles during nesting season, hosting beach clean ups, teaching kids about the ocean, and becoming an official mermaid by getting my Divemaster Certification. I have dedicated my life to conservation, and I think there is no better way to spread such an amazing message than through educating our younger generations. I am beyond excited to start my new journey here.
